The NICHE board has had many requests from it's members to present this topic. I was contacted to see if I was available for this date, submitted a sample and outline and was enthusiastically booked for the speaking dates.  There will be two presentations because the room I will be speaking I was told only holds around 85 people at a time.  So, they asked me to consider giving both, and I gladly accepted.
